The project is located at the intersection of Jinxiu Avenue and Zhongma Nanyi Street in the China-Malaysia Qinzhou Industrial Park, Guangxi, China. It is about 10 kilometers away from the terminal of Qinzhou Port Comprehensive Bonded Port Zone. It consists of three large cold storages, one central kitchen, one sorting and distribution workshop, and one comprehensive service building.

The project is located in the China-Malaysia Qinzhou Industrial Park, at the intersection of Zhongma Nanwu Street and Jinxiu Avenue, with convenient transportation. It covers an area of 30 mu and has a total construction area of 34,700 m2. It is designed according to the standard of national Grade-A (International T3+) data center.

The Taiwan Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Park is located in the China-Malaysia Qinzhou Industrial Park, east of Jinxiu Avenue and north of Yunding Street in Qinnan District, Qinzhou City. It covers an area of approximately 136.71 mu with a total construction area of 184,000 m2. The park aims to provide SMEs with a comprehensive production and office environment

The project is located at the intersection of Jinxiu Avenue and Zhongma Nanyi Street in the China-Malaysia Qinzhou Industrial Park in Guangxi. Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the project occupy a total area of 237 mu, with a total construction area of 200,000 m2. It includes a public service center, a R&D building, a comprehensive office building, standard plants, a sorting and distribution center, etc.

The project is located at the intersection of Malai Avenue and S43 Liuqin Highway in Qinnan District, Qinzhou City, covering an area of 238 mu with a total construction area of 365,000 km2. It includes standard plants, warehouses, research and development centers, incubation centers, headquarters complex, as well as commercial and living facilities.

The project is located on the east side of Youyi Avenue in the China-Malaysia Qinzhou Industrial Park, about 10 kilometers away from the terminal of the Qinzhou Port Comprehensive Bonded Port Zone. The total area of the project site is about 62 mu, with a total construction area of about 20,000 m2. The project includes three warehouses and supporting construction of the factory area.
